When developing components, our goal is to achieve maximum strength with minimum weight. We have different manufacturing processes at our disposal for this purpose. At the same time, we pay attention to a fiber-compatible component design during development in order to be able to guarantee a stable series production process.

Production of complete assemblies

We produce fiber-reinforced components exclusively at our location in southern Germany. With a modern machine park, an innovative production concept and well-trained employees, we manufacture components with the highest quality requirements.

Carbon-Composite provides its customers with an expert team of engineers and experienced employees who, with their diverse skills, are up to the challenges of the various customer requirements. With us you get the complete processing chain up to the ready-to-install product. Common processes here are sawing, turning, milling, drilling, grinding, water jet cutting as well as gluing and assembling complete assemblies. We offer everything from one source.

You need complex components with the highest precision made of carbon - then we are exactly the right contact for you. We are also happy to process all of our standard semi-finished products according to your specifications.

We accompany our customers from the first idea to the series-ready implementation of their requirements. Benefit from our large stock of standard semi-finished carbon fiber products. You will find carbon plates as well as carbon tubes and profiles in numerous dimensions in our range - directly from stock and quantity 1.
